Project Sanctuary

Volunteer Program

Project Sanctuary welcomes men and women who are interested in taking calls on our domestic violence/sexual assault crisis line after business hours. This program requires committed individuals who are willing to attend a training program in order to become a volunteer. Upon successful completion of the training, volunteers will be certified with the State of California as domestic violence/sexual assault peer counselors. Trainings take place twice a year. If you wish to take the training and not be a volunteer, there is a fee-based training opportunity as well.
